Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were having trouble generating interest in our home until we re-listed with Chris. Four viewings in his first week was pretty impressive and we ended up selling our home much sooner than we imagined. He prepared top quality marketing brochures, an agent review book, listed our home on every site possible and personally networked with all of his contacts and referrals until we started getting appointments and then offers. Additionally, he kept us informed on an on-going basis so that we never had to wonder what was happening. Bottom line ...
